Pitbull G9 PE (Sinking PE)

This line employs a 9-strand structure, adding a high-density core to an 8-strand braided sheath. While maintaining a smooth surface, the core provides resistance to crushing and suppresses strength reduction. This increases the strength that is often lost in conventional sinking PE lines.

This high-density sinking PE line has a specific gravity of 1.13 to 1.27. It reduces line slack during casting, making lure control easier. Its excellent sinking properties make it easy to trace the bottom, and it's ideal for sinking lightweight lures.

Made with Izanas® fiber, renowned for its stable strength and flexibility, this rod supports reliability during casting and fighting fish.

The line surface is coated with silicone to enhance its smoothness.

Available in two colors: a natural dark mocha that blends easily underwater, and a traceable pink that makes the line's trajectory easy to see. Markings are placed every 25 meters, making it easy to differentiate between uses such as 50m x 2 or 75m x 2.

This sinking PE line, featuring a high-density core, is characterized by its excellent water compatibility even in currents and high maneuverability in windy conditions. It is ideal for fishing where sinking is essential, especially for soft bait fishing that explores the bottom.

The conventional Pitbull G5, as its name suggests, has a five-strand structure consisting of four braided PE lines plus one core material. However, the Pitbull G9 has a nine-strand structure with eight PE lines plus a core material. Because the core material is woven with more PE, the strength can be further increased for the same line size (diameter). Thanks to its structure that maintains sufficient strength even in thin diameters, the lineup goes down to the ultra-fine 0.5号. This allows for more delicate handling than before.

PE line reduces frictional resistance because bundling more strands together brings the cross-section closer to a perfect circle. Furthermore, applying a silicone coating to the line surface improves its smoothness, making it easier to thread through the guides. This not only improves casting distance but also reduces line noise, dramatically enhancing the user experience. There are two color variations. "Dark Mocha" blends in with the bottom and banks, making it less likely to startle the target fish. "Traceable Pink" is a highly visible color, making it easier to see changes in the line during the fall.
