A flash boost mechanism with a mirror-finished reflector suspended from a spring inside the body. It uses the vibrations during water landing and diving action, and further amplifies the vibrations with a spring to continue attracting with quick "sparkling" flashing even during stays where the lure does not move or between jerks.
Compared to the original model Osea Pencil bespoke Heisei 160F, it is equipped with a newly designed weight that is laid out further back to the center of gravity, and the posture when staying is adjusted to an upright direction. This tuning makes it easier to restore the posture after a jerk, and is designed to reduce dive mistakes and improve stability when entangled in water.

It has a slim silhouette compared to the head dip series, so it has an ideal body balance when selecting it for match-the-bait when targeting tuna such as yellowfin tuna. Since it is equipped with a flash boost, it will continue to invite flashing without interruption even while casting to Nabla and staying there.
