In an experiment conducted with the Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology (JAMSTEC), we submerged our colors in the deep sea and found that red appears blacker than black.
Red is also said to be the most fish-attracting color, as it appears black in the deep sea and acts as a protective color against the seabed, and is a fish-attracting color in deep waters where light shines.

By using an assist line containing fluorocarbon, it has moderate tension and is less likely to get tangled on the hook.
