The solid blank Diver Down offers a light action with the same sharp rebound force as the tubular SSR series, but is even lighter and thinner, while also possessing the high durability unique to solid blanks. It generates a torqueful power that is hard to imagine from its ultra-slim appearance, allowing you to realistically feel the lifting force that pulls the jig up with even slight input, and efficient rod work using the rod's power reduces fatigue and physical strain even during long periods of use. It is "delicate yet powerful," so it can handle a wide range of jig weights, and can handle many conditions with just one rod, and at the lower end of the applicable jig weight, you can control sharp jig actions with just a slight input, such as flicking your wrist.
FEATURE
MODEL
DIVER DOWN CP611
This rod is versatile enough to handle everything from technical hairtail jigging using jigs weighing around 80g to 100g, to lift-and-fall methods using jigs up to 150g. Despite its slender blank that bends flexibly, it still possesses ample lifting power.
DIVER DOWN CP61/2
This rod is ideal for inshore light game fishing in shallow areas, with jigs weighing 100-180g matching its specifications. The highly durable solid blank can handle even large yellowtail, and despite its slim and lightweight design, it boasts great power and torque.
DIVER DOWN CP61/3
This standard power class rod for inshore fishing can handle a wide range of jig weights from 130 to 250g. It has enough power to easily handle large Spanish mackerel, sea bream, and yellowtail up to 10kg. It is also recommended for fall operations with the Quick Zero One lure.
DIVER DOWN CP614
This is the most powerful rod in the series, covering everything from yellowtail and amberjack to power fishing for greater amberjack in coastal waters. It features a larger guide diameter than other models and can handle PE line up to 2.5号. Despite its slender design, the robust solid carbon blank accurately lifts 300g class jigs and reliably lifts deep-range targets.

<About Max Drag Value>
Max drag is the maximum load capacity when held horizontally. Up to 80% of the maximum value is the recommended initial drag setting for actual fishing, and you should adjust the drag as needed depending on the situation during the fight. The actual breaking strength is more than the maximum drag value, but a safety margin is included to protect against sudden loads due to drag performance and condition, boat rocking, or when a fish suddenly takes off.
