A medium-heavy class rod in the BC4 series of pack rods. A
versatile 8ft, 4-piece pack rod.

It can be used for large fish such as sea bass, huchen, and akame, as well as for five-species fishing. It can handle lures ranging from big baits to lures weighing around 10g.
What we sought from this long rod was whip-like flexibility and powerful tension. This makes it easy to cast lures of various weights, and the multiple layers of high-elasticity carbon spooling make it suitable for sensitivity-oriented fishing and bottom-touch fishing.
To handle the larger fish you might encounter while fishing in Japan or overseas, the rod is equipped with a strong butt section at 22cm above the grip, followed by multiple carbon materials for the tension and tenacity of the #3 section above that to absorb strong pulls. The rod's versatility is further expanded by being able to cast lures farther using the entire length, allowing for action fishing, reeling fishing, and bottom-touch fishing.
Tested species included a wide variety of species, including sea bass, huchen, king salmon, silver salmon, tarpon, roosterfish, mahi-mahi, and large trevally.
It comes with a dedicated soft case.
