The tip-to-middle section and the butt section are manufactured separately, and the blanks, each fired with optimal taping, are internally joined with short spigots. The joint is reinforced with lightweight, thin aluminum fittings and is made into a one-piece blank with a natural curve. Furthermore, this joint plays the same role as a \"bamboo joint,\" providing strength in the direction of crushing, and giving the thick, thin blank effective crush strength and power. In addition, although the weight of the blank itself has increased slightly compared to conventional models, the precisely tightened blank allows for a significant reduction in the number of undercoat coatings, and the finished weight has been successfully reduced to the same level as conventional models. The V. Node System solves manufacturing challenges while improving performance, allowing the blank's inherent performance to be fully realized.
